Step 1 ~ Ask

This means you get very, very clear about what you really want by thinking it through completely. Remember that the moment you ask for what you want, it already exists in the spiritual world. Asking is the active step of creation.

Step 2 ~ Believe

This means you must know inside yourself that what you asked for is your immediately. Your belief provides the means for your desire to transform from the spiritual into the material world. Believing is the passive step of creation.

Step 3 ~ Receive

If you believe you have already received, then you will receive. Receiving is the third step in creating, and it is the result of you bringing the active and passive together, which forms a perfect creation.

~ Creation is identical to a battery. Positive is active. Negative is passive. Connect the two perfectly and you have power ~

Now lets take a look at the step 2 in further detail to help you master your limiting beliefs and let magic happen.

To master believing, all you have to do is tip the balance of your thoughts, words and actions, from “not believing” to believing. The ONLY thing that can ever get in the way of manifesting what you want is having more thoughts of “not believing”, speaking more words of “not believing”, and taking more actions of “not believing” than you are of believing. Base the majority of your thoughts, words and actions in believing and the law of attraction must obey you!

Stay in a place of pure positivity and know that your desires are yours.

One thing I found really helped me when working on this 3 step process was to use “believe” stickers around the house in places I would see on a regular basis. I also have one stuck in my purse. This way you are constantly reminded. Belief sometimes seems like the hardest part but understand that your desires are on their way then receive with gratitude. Easy!

postheadericon Law of Attraction – Default Vibrations Are Comparable to Beliefs

Vibrations are what the Law of Attraction is all about, because vibrations are what attracts! A default vibration is the vibration that we’ve been experiencing for a certain period of time in a certain area of our life.

A default vibration (also known as set point, blueprint, upper limit or comfort zone) may be compared to a belief. A belief is simply a thought we keep thinking over and over again. Likewise, a default vibration is a vibration we keep experiencing over and over again. Our default vibration is what “makes us” experience the same situation over and over again, unless we do something to change it.
A couple of examples:

It’s because of my default money vibe that I keep experiencing the same financial situation almost no matter what happens (unless I do something actively to change it!). And I believe this is why so many big lottery winners are back where they started 1-2 years after they won! It’s because of my default weight vibe that I can loose 20 pounds only to discover months later that they are back again! It’s because of their default love vibe that some women leave their husband because he hits them, only to marry a new man who does exactly the same!

So just as we talk about limiting and supporting beliefs (negative and positive beliefs) we may also talk about limiting and supporting default vibrations!!! The examples above then are examples of limiting default vibrations.

To give an example of a person with a supporting default money vibration I come to think about Donald Trump. As far as I know he lost all his money several times, but every time he’s back in business in no time! To change a limiting belief we first have to become aware of it and then (very often at least) to give it our attention, for instance through a release technique and/or through substituting it with a supporting belief.

Likewise, to change a limiting default vibration we first have to become aware of it and then give it our attention in various ways, until we’re so used to and familiar with our new vibe that it becomes our new default vibration. Or said in another way – as long as I focus on loosing weight, I can do it. But unless I make sure to change my default weight vibe, I will not be able to maintain the result, once I let go of the focus.

And as long as I focus on letting more money into my life I can do it. But unless I make sure to change my default money vibe, I will revert to my former financial situation.
