Law of attraction exercises are plenty and they need to be practiced so that you can manifest your desires quickly. Here’s a list of law of attraction exercises and when to apply them.

1. Visualization

It takes a while to grasp the practice of visualization. You should have a set schedule where you can lie down somewhere quiet with your eyes shut. Then you need to let your imagination run wild.

Remember that when you visualize, you need to actually feel and believe you are doing exactly what you are visualizing at that moment. If you are thinking of doing well with your online business, actually see yourself raising your fist and shouting when you see all those PayPal payments. Feel the whole situation as if it is actually happening now. See your wife staring at you and laughing at your excitement.

2. Acting Out Your Dreams

You need to live the law of attraction. Change your lifestyle to adopt this law. One of the most exciting ways to practice the law of attraction is to live your desire. If you desire to be rich, then act like a rich person. Go to fancy restaurants and order one drink and enjoy the environment. You are going to places where people with money will go. You will be attracting more of the same environment.

When you go shopping, look at the expensive things. Go and try them on. It doesn’t mean you have to buy every item. Just trying them on and thinking that you already own the item is good enough to speed up the law of attraction.

3. Expecting

Playing the game of expecting is quite hard. So you need more time to practice this. When you expect something to happen, it means that you don’t have a doubt. So when you get up in the morning and expect to be successful and gain some money, you will be attracting more of what you believe.

For example, when you go to work, you expect the receptionist and other staff to be there. You have no doubts right?

So what you need to do is act like a kid and expect things to happen. It means that you are imagining with belief and if you desire something with belief and clarity, the law of attraction has no choice but to eventually deliver what you desire.

4. Writing Out Desires

You have many things that you want the law of attraction to give you. It’s a good practice to write down all your desires in a notebook. When you write out your desires, you are automatically activating the law of attraction. When you re-read your notebook, you will see which desires you have achieved and cross them out. This makes the law of attraction even easier for you to believe since you see yourself getting results.

When writing out desires, write them in detail and write it out as though you already have the desire. This will a powerful way to get you to concentrate on what you desire. When you think normally, it is much harder to hold your concentration as your mind usually wonders off.

5. Show Gratitude

You should show gratitude for every good thing that happens to you. A nice dinner, a nice ride home, good service from a shop etc… By showing gratitude and saying thanks, you are telling the Universe that you like what just happened and you would like more. You are attracting more of the good stuff.

This sounds easy but it is not. Too many times we take things for granted. By practising the 5 exercises above, you will be able to apply the law of attraction in your life and see fast results. These law of attraction exercises are to be done daily for best effect.

Many people think that because they aren’t getting what they want, the Law of Attraction doesn’t work, or that it doesn’t work for them. This is simply not the case. You are always creating or attracting – as long as you are aware of your own existence, this will be the case. What you attract is based on two-things: What you’re thinking about; and, how intensely you feel when thinking about it. To reliably attract the things you want – instead of the things you don’t want – you just have to overcome or release your fear and follow your heart to your desires and dreams.

Many people think that Love is an attractive force; and they’re right. But all feelings are attractive in varying degrees. Fear is just as attractive as love; it just attracts different kinds of things – scary or stressful things. There is a line in the Old Testament that reads, “The thing I greatly feared has come upon me;” it is important to realize that the “thing” was the subject of the thinking – the great fear was an intense emotion that drew corresponding circumstances to it. So, Job got what he was thinking about according to the way he was emotionally polarized and charged.

People who don’t think the Law of Attraction is working for them just need to look around; I didn’t “attract” that stuff you see, and feel, to you – you did. If you were taught fear, do your best to “unlearn” it; replace it with Faith, Trust, Courage, Love, and Gratitude. If you are desperately trying to attract money, ask yourself if it is because you are afraid of losing something, or of appearing a certain way, or that you might not have enough of something, or simply because your debt is stressing you out. If you are hoping to attract money because of something that doesn’t make you feel good, you are attracting a variation of money (“negative money,” or debt) that matches your emotional state.

There are many methods of overcoming fear: Prayer; Meditation; Energy Psychology (Z-Point, EFT, TAT, etc…); Self-analysis; or, simply boldly facing your fears to expose them as the phantoms they truly are. You are always vibrating; and your vibrations are always in harmony with the vibrations of other things. Those things you harmonize with are drawn closer, become bigger, and are made “more real.” As long as you are experiencing fear, worry, anxiety, anger, resentment, grief, remorse, etc, you have priorities that are much greater than the acquisition of something new — your first priority should be emotional freedom. And, if you’re trying, or hoping, to attract health, realize that health cannot exist where there is fear and negativity – they are essentially opposites. Just remember: “Fear not; be of good cheer.” If you can do this, you already have what you truly want; and it will be much easier to attract the other things you think you want to experience in this life.

The Law of Attraction is at work constantly whether you are deliberately applying it or not. We all send out vibrations that attract a similar vibration back into our life. Our Beliefs , thoughts, words and emotions combine to magnetize us to certain types of people, situations and events. If we are experiencing things in our lives that we really don’t want, we need to take a close look at our internal lives. You can be a kind, caring and loving person but if you have had traumatic relationships and still feel a lot of emotional pain about them or have been conditioned to distrust the opposite sex your focus can attract more pain into your life. At the very least, it can block the manifestation of new, positive relationships. On the other hand, you probably know people who are insensitive or selfish but who have a very healthy attitude towards themselves. If you have had a rough time and you haven’t been able to get over it, this can seem grossly unfair. The thing to remember about the Law of Attraction is that it is not personal. It is a universal law that is immutable and inviolable but it applies to everyone equally. Knowing this can be very empowering.

By understanding how the Quantum Physics Law of Attraction works you can make the necessary changes in your life to attract what you do want rather than what you don’t want. If your thoughts about what you deserve or are capable of are generally negative, then your first step is to reprogram your mind with positive expectations. For example, there is no point trying to attract a better job into your life when your underlying belief is “no one will ever employ me.” No amount of Positive Affirmations, visualization or any other method of attracting your desires can counter your real subconscious Beliefs if they conflict with your conscious intentions. You can get a good idea about what you really think and believe by paying attention to the things you say to yourself on a regular basis. Don’t judge yourself, just pay attention and write down things you tell yourself repeatedly. You will probably be shocked at how negative you actually are. We get stuck in patterns that we can’t break out of and usually do not realize that our Beliefs, thoughts and emotions are to blame.

Once you have identified the negative Beliefs you need to overcome, write their opposites down and begin to reprogram your mind by stating your desired positive Beliefs as affirmations. Experts recommend that fifteen minutes a day can effectively reprogram your mind. You’ll know when you can stop because you will no longer be speaking to yourself negatively. You will also notice that your new, positive Beliefs are attracting new experiences and opportunities into your life.

Once you no longer have to deal with the baggage of negative thinking, you can directly apply the Quantum Mechanics Law of Attraction to manifest your desires. You need to ask yourself what you really want and be specific. The more specific you are, the more likely you will be to manifest your desires. Once you have identified what you want and have written it down in a very specific way, imagine how you will feel when you have obtained it. Don’t just visualize possessing it. Imagine already having it and let yourself feel the gratitude, joy, excitement or whatever emotions you are likely to feel under those circumstances. Once you have done these two steps, start taking action towards your goals. If you move towards them, the universe will move towards you and manifestation will be easy. You’ll be surprised at how quickly life can change.

1. The law of attraction is MAGIC. This comes from marketers that lack substance and so they sell the flash. They sell the idea that you can magically change everything about your life just by buying their book or CD on the law of attraction. While you can make massive changes and shifts in your life, you have to understand that it is in no way magic, though the results may seem magical.

2. Attracting a huge sum of money is just as easy as attracting a dollar. While this may sound good in theory, in practice you will find this is often not the case. Anyone that has produced a significant amount of wealth will tell you that to attract a million dollars only because easy AFTER you have already made your first million.

3. You have to understand quantum physics to understand the law of attraction. This is just not true. most of the people that reference to quantum physics with the law of attraction actually have very little understanding of the whole science behind quantum physics. (You have to go to school for a LONG time just to get this kind of knowledge.) And they mostly quote the same sources such as DVDs that have no real scientific backing behind it.

Stay away from these misconceptions with the law of attraction and focus only on the things that really work. This is how you will begin to see real results and start to manifest YOUR desires.

The basics of the Law lie in three easy steps which are the foundation for the whole theory of the Law of Attraction. Whether we realize it or not, the Law is always working, just as the law of gravity causes things we drop to fall to the floor. Mastering these three steps will help you to harness the power of the Law of Attraction and use it to change your life.

Step one: know what you desire and ask for it (state your intention)
Knowing what you want isn’t as easy as it sounds. Aside from the basic physical needs, your mind is filled with wants, desires and fears. You need to know exactly what you want- for instance, if you want more money, how much do you want exactly? Do you want a lump sum or would you rather earn a certain amount each year? If you want to lose weight, do you want to lose 20 lbs or 50 lbs? If you want a new car, what make and model do you want? What color must it be? Write down exactly what you want in as much detail as you can, preferably as though you already have it – this is known as stating your intention.

Step two: believe that what you desire is already yours
Visualizing yourself having already achieved your desire is an important step; it’s the “positive thinking” step. Focusing on having it and getting into the feeling place of having it will create positive energy. The more clearly you can visualize yourself having it, and the better you feel about it, the more powerful your thought energies will be. The attainment of your desires is a direct result of this positive thought energy.

Step three: receive
This step is the one where so many people lose it. It’s the completion of your desire. Allow yourself to acknowledge your right to have your wishes fulfilled. For many, accepting this is the hardest part. If you consciously or unconsciously feel you don’t deserve what you’re asking for, you won’t get it. If you don’t believe you’re worthy of having your desires come true, they never will. If you start to doubt that the Law of Attraction works, you will push your desires away. Keep trusting that the universe will deliver, and that your desires are on their way to you. Try to keep your outlook positive at all times.

These steps may appear fairly simple, but they form a powerful process that can completely change your whole life. If you are struggling with any of the steps, persevere and practice- it will become easier over time.
